Membership

Membership Requirements:

  • A personal or business check for $25 (individual) $30 (family, living at the same residence), or pay online
  • All memberships start August 1 and end on July 31st.
  • New members will be requested to fill out a short membership profile. The profile will help the Association better meet the member’s interest and maintain our membership directory and will not be shared with other parties.

Membership Benefits include:

  • Middlebrooks Newsletter with family contributed articles.
  • You will also receive event announcements and family findings.
  • Access to the Cemetery Project photographs and information.
  • And most importantly, you will be helping preserve our family heritage for our children and future generations of family members.

Membership receipts are used for:

  • The maintenance and development of the MFA website.
  • The expenses of publishing the newsletter and mailed announcements.
  • The advertising and partial cost of our annual meeting.

Step 1:  Not yet a registered on our website? (existing members/users can skip this step)   Register as a MFA user.  Be sure to select the option for us to send you a membership application!

Step 2: Pay for your MFA membership (Annual: $25 individual, $30 family)

    • Option 1: Pay by check (made out to “MFA”), mail to MFA Treasurer, 104 Birchwood Circle, Cabot, AR 72023
    • Option 2: Pay by credit card
      When you click “Buy Now” below, you will see a Paypal webpage:

      • Click “Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit” (lower right side of their webpage). Then click the Credit Card tab on the next page.
        New users will instead see “Don’t have a PayPal account?” and should enter their name and information to get started.  (You do NOT have to have a Paypal account to pay by credit card)
      • OR you can enter your email/password and click “Log In” and Pay with your Paypal account.
